On April 11, in order to ensure the transportation quality of the Southeast Asia durian route, which will set sail on April 19, a shipping company decided to join hands with BoxPlus to deploy the IBOX Vessel on-board container intelligent monitoring solution on an  stock ship to completethe digital and intelligent upgrade of the ship. Based on a comprehensive understanding of the ship's conditions, Hailian Zhitong customized a lightweight version of the ship suitable for smaller ships-the IBOX Vessel Light solution based on the IBOX Vessel Max solution suitable for giant ships. This solution not only completely retains the real-time data linkage capabilities of IBOX Vessel marine network, IBOX Reefer intelligent cold box and shore remote monitoring platform, but also realizes remote monitoring and abnormal warning of parameters such as temperature and humidity, opening and closing doors, and cold machine status during the container's onboard, and greatly simplifies the deployment process through modular design, shortens the operation time of installation and testing, and perfectly adapts to the cabin space and operation rhythm of existing small and medium-sized ships. 


Subsequently, taking advantage of the normal docking operation of the ship at Nansha Terminal, all hardware installation and network deployment of the IBOX Vessel Light solution were quickly completed. The BoxPlus technical team seized the opportunity when the ship docked at Shekou Port to complete a comprehensive verification of the equipment performance, data linkage and system working stability. From the launch of the plan to the joint debugging and acceptance, the whole process took only 7 days.
