Marketing and Service Department - Specialist
Shanghai Job Responsibilities
Mainly responsible for promoting and selling the company's IoT devices and integrated IoT solutions that combine hardware and software platforms and customer maintenance.
- Collect and summarize market information; organize company product promotions and marketing activities.
- Provide pre-sale and after-sale support: Respond to and follow up on customer and repair agent needs.
- Provide customer system support, including usage, maintenance, updates, and account management.
- Customer training: Provide product training; write and update on-site repair fault manuals.
- Manage customer feedback: Conduct satisfaction surveys, analyze usage patterns, and monitor customer device performance.
- Responsible for customer and contract management.
- Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, CET-6 or equivalent English proficiency.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and some experience in the field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT), skilled in various editing applications, with at least a second-level computer certification.
- Good at communication, strong verbal expression, and writing skills.
