Marketing and Service Department  -  Manager
  
 Shanghai / Beijing  Job Responsibilities
 
- Fully responsible for the operation and management of the department, including organizing and formulating the department's development plan, resource allocation, team building, and annual plan.
 - Develop and continuously optimize sales and customer service processes and systems. Ensure smooth execution and propose demands and improvement plans based on actual situations
 - Collect and analyze market information, formulate company sales strategies, and supervise implementation.
  - Organize company product promotions and marketing activities.
  - Review product quotations, contracts, project implementation, and payment collection.
  - Responsible for customer and contract management.
  - Responsible for implementing order delivery to customers.
  - Based on market and customer feedback, propose product design and optimization requirements.
  - Approve product pricing within the authorized range.
  - Responsible for the design, regulation, and specific execution of sales-to-service processes.
 
Qualifications
 
- Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, business management, international trade, or related fields.
  - Over 5 years of relevant work experience or industry background.
  - Familiar with company products and the market conditions of related products.
  - Understand project negotiation processes.
  - Specialized experience in customer relationship management.
  - Strong English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
  - Proficient in office software.
