Job Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for developing the company's strategic planning, corporate systems, organizational structure, performance appraisal, investment management, etc.
  2. Responsible for planning, approval, and implementation management of the company's annual work plan.
  3. Organize and oversee company leadership's decision-making processes.
  4. Responsible for external affairs (including technical seminars, consulting, evaluations, etc.) and public relations management.
  5. Manage employee relations and workforce development.
  6. Organize regular evaluations of suppliers and manage quality systems.
  7. Responsible for internal control management, risk control system construction, and management.
  8. Execute additional tasks as assigned by company leadership.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above in human resources management, business management, or related fields.
  • More than 5 years of experience in administrative or HR management, with a solid foundation in HR management theory.
  • Skilled in handling routine HR work, familiar with HR processes.
  • Knowledge of national, regional, and corporate policies regarding contract management, compensation systems, employment mechanisms, insurance benefits, and training policies.
  • Proficient in office software and related HR management software.
  • Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities.
