Job Responsibilities

Mainly responsible for promoting and selling the company's IoT devices and integrated IoT solutions that combine hardware and software platforms and customer maintenance.

  1. Collect and summarize market information; organize company product promotions and marketing activities.
  2. Provide pre-sale and after-sale support: Respond to and follow up on customer and repair agent needs.
  3. Provide customer system support, including usage, maintenance, updates, and account management.
  4. Customer training: Provide product training; write and update on-site repair fault manuals.
  5. Manage customer feedback: Conduct satisfaction surveys, analyze usage patterns, and monitor customer device performance.
  6. Responsible for customer and contract management.
  7. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above, CET-6 or equivalent English proficiency.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and some experience in the field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT), skilled in various editing applications, with at least a second-level computer certification.
  • Good at communication, strong verbal expression, and writing skills.
